Payment Policy $500 retainer fee is required to reserve a wedding date, it will go towards the total price. Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY PAYMENT MADE BECOMES CREDIT TOWARDS THE TOTAL. NON-REFUNDABLE Remaining total is due 15 days before the event date. If the event is outside of Sacramento,CA the remainder is due 30 days from the event date. Purpose of Service Disclosure Client agrees to accurately disclose the intended purpose of the makeup service (e.g., engagement shoot, wedding, special event, etc.) at the time of booking. Rates are determined based on the nature of the event, the time commitment, and the level of service required. Rate Adjustment Clause If it is later discovered that the service was booked under false pretenses (e.g., booking an engagement session rate for a wedding), the client agrees to pay the difference between the correct rate and the rate paid. Failure to disclose the true nature of the event may also result in cancellation of services without refund. Please refer to the appointment policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Retainer fee is accepted with Venmo or Zelle. The remaining balance is preferred in cash. Any reservation with less than a week's notice will be considered last minute and incur a $20 squeeze in fee per person. Client’s hair must be ready to style. This means hair must be FULLY DRY + DETANGLED. If hair is textured/curly and client desires a hairstyle that requires semi-straight hair, client is required to blow dry semi straight prior to appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 hair drying/additional styling fee. Clients may be subject to cancellation without refund if time does not allow for additional dry time. Clients must have a designated space for the artist to set up, including access to a working electric plug. DB Glam brings a chair, lights and make up/hair kit. DB Glam will not move furniture due to liability reasons, only the client is to move the furniture. Children/pets are not permitted near the work area, should any children or pets be in the work area for more than a brief moment, a $35 surcharge fee will be applied to the clients total per pet/child. Client is not required to book a bridal preview, however if client chooses to, the discount would be applied on the day of the wedding. Final payment is due as informed in payment policy Clients must sign a general release of liability waiver. Retainer secures the time and date, signing contract will secure receiving the service itself. Parking must be provided. This includes Valet Parking where applicable. Inspiration photos and timeline must be finalized no later than 25 days from appointment date. Diana Bravo has the right to refuse service should policies, materials or herself not be respected by client or guest of client. If service is refused due to any reasonable issue, the appointment is subject to immediate cancellation and a refund will not be provided. If a remainder is due, it is due at that time. Should payment not be made, the client is subject to being charged or sued for non-payment as the law applies. Cancellations & Reschedule Policy Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable up to one time as long as it is requested within the appropriate time frame. If cancellations cause a change to hotel accommodations, the client will need to pay the difference from the initial travel fee. Minimum of Bridal Hair + Make Up / 8 Regular Services / 4 Hair +Make Up to be eligible for travel to you. Travel fee applies. If cancellations occur no longer meeting the minimum, travel fee increase may apply or client may no longer be eligible for travel appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule in the appropriate time frame will result in forfeit of initial retainer fee and needing to place a new retainer fee to reserve a new appointment. Reschedule Time Frame Bridal/Quince 15 days before event Non-Local Event (Requiring Lodging) 90 Days Standard Event 72 Hrs Bridal/Quince Preview 72 hrs Client will be updated regarding ETA, if client is not available at location upon arrival, a 10 min grace period is provided after 10 minutes a $20 Late Fee applies. Once 15 min hits the time mark, the appointment may be subject to cancellation with no refund due to time limitations. Refunds will not be issued. If DB Glam has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances a refund will be issued within 48 hours.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Retainer is non-refundable. Cancellation may require a new retainer to book a new date. Any payment made is transferred to a credit towards services. Non-refundable unless DB Glam cancels the appt due to an emergency.

I charge 50% of service total for any no shows or last minute cancellations, you agree to this upon booking. NO EXCEPTIONS
